Wisconsin Optometry Continuing Education Requirements: 30 hours are required every two years, due by December 14. At least 20 of the 30 hours must relate to ocular health, conditions, disease management, or related clinical topics, and up to 10 hours may be on other approved topics such as practice management, functional vision, contact lenses, low vision, jurisprudence, or general optometry.

Wisconsin accepts 10 hours in approved online continuing education courses. Licensee must attest completion on state board forms and are subject to audit. 

Access Optometry is accredited by COPE to provide continuing education for optometrists. These courses are accepted for optometry license renewal by the Wisconsin Optometry Examining Board.
